About the Nazareth Downtown Business Association
The Nazareth Downtown Business Association is a volunteer-led organization dedicated to supporting the independent businesses that make Nazareth, Pennsylvania — The Rose City — a vibrant place to live, work, and visit.
We connect business owners with resources, relationships, and opportunities. We advocate for a thriving downtown. We believe that when local businesses succeed, the whole community flourishes.
Founded 1740
Nazareth was established by Moravian settlers in 1740, becoming known for its rich heritage, beautiful architecture, and community values.
The Rose City
Our nickname honors an 18th-century Moravian tradition where roses symbolized love, hospitality, and community — values we still champion.
18064
Located in the Lehigh Valley, minutes from Allentown and Bethlehem, Nazareth is a small town with a big business community.
What We Do
Our work spans advocacy, events, resources, and collaborative partnerships that benefit every member of our business community.
Connect Businesses
We host monthly networking breakfasts, facilitate peer mentorship, and build referral partnerships across industries. When local businesses know each other, everyone grows.
Support & Advocate
We represent business interests at borough council meetings, help navigate permits and grants, and provide one-on-one coaching for new and growing businesses.
Promote Nazareth
We run joint marketing campaigns, maintain the business directory, manage social media, and organize events that drive foot traffic to member businesses.
Build Community
From the Rose Festival to First Fridays and holiday markets, we create the events and experiences that make downtown Nazareth a destination worth visiting.
